11:00 – 12:30 Small sided with Players identified

15:30 – 16:30 Real Sociedad Run Drills
16:30 – 17:00 Players identified and conclusion
The five players Identified will get to go to Real Sociedad to train within their environment. A total cost of around $3,500-$4,500 for the trip in addition to $1,000 per diem from Pro Performance. From the camp we will also identify a team that will go over there, they will get to train at Real Sociedad and then play in a special invitation in the Donosti cup one of largest youth tournaments globally.

Meet Joe Sherlock
Meet Joe Sherlock, a dedicated and passionate soccer coach with a lifelong love for the beautiful game. His journey in soccer began in 1977 when he first laced up his boots, sparking a lifelong commitment to the sport.
During his high school years, Joe not only played soccer but also represented his country on the international stage, showcasing his exceptional skills and commitment to the game. Continuing his soccer journey into college, he displayed prowess on the field until duty called him to serve in the United States Marine Corps, highlighting his sense of duty and commitment to service.
Following his time in the Marine Corps, Joe transitioned seamlessly into coaching, bringing his wealth of experience and love for the game to the next generation of players. His coaching prowess reached new heights when he led a high school team to the State Championship, demonstrating his ability to inspire and guide young athletes to success.
In addition to coaching, Joe has been an esteemed soccer referee since 1996, contributing to the fair play and integrity of the game. His deep understanding of the rules and regulations, coupled with a genuine love for soccer, has made him a respected figure in the referee community.
Despite his coaching success, Joe made the selfless decision to step back from coaching to savor the joy of watching his son play for a club team. His son’s journey has taken an exciting turn as he currently thrives at the Steven Gerrard Academy in Liverpool, UK, a testament to the soccer legacy that Joe has nurtured within his own family.
Joe continues to be a driving force in the soccer community, blending his experience as a player, coach, referee, and proud parent. His dedication to the beautiful game is not only evident in the success of the teams he has coached but also in the impact he has had on the lives of countless players who have had the privilege of being under his guidance.

- Competed in soccer, tennis, cricket and rugby
- Luton Town FC Academy (English Division 1 at that time)
- Captained club and school championship winning teams
- Recruited to play collegiate soccer and tennis in the US
- Recipient of multisport collegiate scholarship
- All American athlete
- Played professionally from 1998-2000
- Owned and operated a sports management company since 2005
- Professional Elite Coach in tennis and soccer for 30 years
- Coached and developed many collegiate division-1 athletes
- Directed and managed successful coaching developmental programs and youth camps in Northern Virginia and Charlotte, NC
Meet Todd Sykes
Todd Sykes has been a soccer coach, director and trainer in the greater Charlotte area for the past 23 years. Todd has played at every level of the game through high school, college and then both in England and Mexico after college. After his playing career Todd began his love in coaching. He has coached for many clubs in the great charlotte area: Matthews Soccer Club, Inter Catawba Soccer Club, Palmetto United, Discoveries, Charlotte Independence and currently with Charlotte Soccer Academy. Along with Coaching he has been a director of coaching for over 15 years with 4 of the clubs and has coached every level Region 3, DA, ECNL, NPL, SCYSA and NCYSA. In 2018 he was named the South Carolina Competitive Club Coach of the year. Along with his club duties he is closely affiliated with local highschool scene and regionally with D1, D2 and D3 college programs. Todd’s greatest joy is the technical soccer and giving the players the skillsets they need and often overlooked in the United States. He has had many players that move on from his training and program and reach levels such as Clemson, College of Charleston, Old Dominion, Furman, UNCC, Belmont Abbey, Columbia College, USC Upstate, Virginia Tech, Steven Gerrard Academy Liverpool UK, FC Dallas, Atlanta United, Orlando City and Charlotte FC.
